Placing an iPad Warranty Claim

If your iPad has stopped working and this is not as a result of an accident, then you can file a warranty claim.

All warranty claims must be logged no later than 14 days from the issue occurring. Any claims made after this period will not be honoured.

If your iPad was purchased during October 2023 via the school scheme with Edutech:

Visit https://edutech.zone/parent_enquiries/ and fill in the form. A member of the EduTech team will be in touch to arrange the claim.

If your iPad was purchased prior to October 2023 then:
