ParentMail system

ParentMail by IRIS is the primary communications system that we use at The Wallace High School.

It is used to keep parents informed of important school news and events, to allow payment for school trips and other items, and to monitor and top up your student's cashless catering balance.

You can use ParentMail via their website at https://pmx.ParentMail.co.uk or by downloading the appropriate app for your smartphone or tablet from the links below.

The app is the recommended way to receive school communications. It will send push notifications of messages directly to your phone. The app also has an email archive feature so that you can easily refer back to previous communications sent by the school.

If you choose not to use the app, any communications will be batched up and sent as a daily summary at 6pm each day. These can sometimes be marked as spam erroneously, so we highly recommend that you add info@parentmail.co.uk to your contacts and/or safe senders list with your email provider.
