Reporting an absence

To report a pupil absent from school you must phone the school on the first day of the absence.

Once the pupil has returned to school, please complete the Pupil Absence Report Form

If an absence has been recorded on our systems and no explanation has been provided, an automatic email will be sent to remind parents / guardians to complete an Absence report form. These are sent weekly on a Friday evening.
