Placing an iPad Insurance Claim

All insurance claims must be logged no later than 14 days from the incident occurring. Any claims made after this period will not be honoured.

If your iPad is covered by an insurance scheme and has incurred accidental damage please follow the advice below:

If your iPad was purchased during October 2023 via the school scheme with Edutech:

Visit https://edutech.zone/parent_enquiries/ and fill in the form. A member of the EduTech team will be in touch to arrange the claim.

If your iPad was purchased prior to October 2023 then:

Bring the device into school and take it to the ICT technicians office on the top floor. They will take details about how the damage occurred and place an insurance claim on your behalf.
