Topping up your cashless catering balance
Online top up
- Log into the ParentMail app or the IRIS ParentMail website
- Tap the menu icon in the top left
- Select “Accounts” from the menu
- Select the account you wish to top up
- Hit “Top up”
- Enter the amount you wish to add
- Hit “Add to basket”
- Hit “Checkout”
- Select payment method and enter your payment details and pay
- You should see the balance update and receive an email confirming your order
Topping up with cash
- Go to the Canteen
- On the left wall there is a black box with a screen on it
- Place your finger / thumb on the scanner
- (if you have a PIN code instead, press the # on the screen and enter your pin)
- Check that your name and balance has appeared on the screen
- Insert bank notes or coins (£1 and £2 coins only) into the machine to add them to your balance
- When finished, press the circular metal button to complete the transaction
Topping up with debit / credit card in person
This can only be done during break or lunch. The accounts office is not open to pupils at any other time.
- Go to the Accounts office
- Ask to top up your cashless balance
- Use your credit / debit card on our contactless payment terminal
- The accounts team will add the amount to your balance
